Swedish massage is a restorative massage including long gliding strokes to stimulate circulation, encourage detoxification, and assist healing. Typically done with mild to moderate pressure this is a relaxing full body massage.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Deep Tissue Massage incorporates deeper, more therapeutic pressure to target pain related to injury, overuse, car accidents, or posture related problems. Fascia and trigger points may be addressed. This therapy penetrates and works down through layers of connective tissue and muscle while treating knots and adhesions. While it should not be painful, some discomfort is typically appropriate during treatment.

STONE MASSAGE

The use of heated basalt stones help your body to heal in ultimate relaxation. Smooth stones are used to penetrate the muscle body deeply and then laid to rest throughout the treatment.
Cool marble stones are an exhilarating addition to the hot stones. With this additional 10-15 minute cool stone facial you will have the stones gently apply pressure to sinuses and facial musculature to relieve any facial tension. End with a cleansing wash and facial steam with Erth Minerals products.
PRENATAL MASSAGE

This massage is tailored to the changing mothers body, to help with stress reduction and to relieve pains associated with pregnancy. Massage therapy is a wonderful tool expecting mothers can utilize to ease the physical demands put on the body. A special pregnancy bolster will help you to lie face down comfortably, and safely.

DRY BRUSHING

Dry brushing is very beneficial for the body. Amongst other things, it is an effective way to increase circulation, exfoliate dead skin, detox through lymph drainage, and reduce the appearance of cellulite. The natural fiber brush is yours to keep after the first treatment to continue self care at home.
Bring your brush back to future appointments for a full body brushing as part of your massage.
COLD STONE FACIAL
$20
Add this service to any massage for an exhilarating ending. Cool marble stones will be used to sooth tired eyes or facial tension. Perfect for headache or migraine sufferers, congested sinuses, or to just feel refreshed. After the use of the stones, oil will be washed away with Erth Minerals Purifying cleanser.
